My LG CordZero Vacuum Shuts Off Repeatedly Despite Full Charge and Warranty Coverage

I am facing the exact same issue that others have reported with the LG CordZero vacuum. Although my device is still under warranty and has been barely used — it looks almost brand new with hardly any scratches — it keeps shutting off while in operation.
Even with a full charge and after trying both batteries, the vacuum continues to turn off unexpectedly. I switch it back on, but it just shuts down again after a few seconds. This clearly shows there is a defect either in the device itself or in the battery units.
Considering how lightly and carefully this vacuum has been used, it is unacceptable for a premium product like the LG CordZero to malfunction like this so soon. I demand that LG properly address this problem under warranty and either repair or replace the vacuum. I expect a fast and serious resolution to this issue!
