Two months ago, I purchased a Xiaomi 14T smartphone. Since the first day of use, I’ve been experiencing battery problems. The phone’s battery drains extremely fast, even during normal internet use. I hesitate to even watch videos, because the battery depletes in a very short time. For example, last night, I left my phone at 70% charge, and by morning, without any use, it had dropped to 57%. I don’t believe this is normal behavior for a new phone.
I contacted Xiaomi customer service about the issue. They advised me to reset the device, which I did following their instructions, but the problem persists. The phone is still under warranty, and I have the invoice. I haven’t purchased any extra accessories or made any modifications.
Since I’ve been dealing with this issue from day one, I request that my problem be resolved promptly. Because I don’t have a second phone, I’m requesting either a replacement device or a quick repair solution under warranty.
