Volvo Service And Spare Part Disgrace

I had a minor accident in my Volvo S60 with the license plate 34 **Z 762. The bumper and grille need to be painted and replaced. I delivered the car to Adana Otokoç on Monday, July 1st. I called them several times, and they informed me that the grille was not in stock, even in international stock, and that they had no idea when it would arrive. I requested to speak with the service manager, but they said he was out and would get back to me, which they did not. I also purchased the car from Otokoç Adana. My complaint is that the replacement car I received from the insurance company will be returned tomorrow, July 19th, and I do not have another vehicle. Why is this car being sold if the seller, Otokoç, is unable to supply a grill? There is no timeframe or feedback provided. What type of service is this? The car is needed for both work and home, and I'm not sure what to do or when this will be resolved. A company like Volvo doesn't even have a quality standard for service and spare parts? I will not purchase another Volvo with this service.
