Nissan Failed to Provide Front Bumper Grilles for My Qashqai After Repair

In February 2025, I had a single-vehicle accident with my Nissan Qashqai and left it at the Nissan ATM Çorlu service center for repairs through my insurance. After the repair, I was informed that the two black wind grilles on the front bumper had been supplied incorrectly and that the correct parts had been ordered and would be installed once they arrived. Trusting the brand, I accepted the car in this condition in March 2025, assuming the missing parts would soon be fitted. However, months have passed, and while Nissan continues to import truckloads of vehicles into the country, my two simple missing parts have still not been supplied. Despite contacting the service center multiple times, my problem remains unresolved. I then called Nissan Turkey, who told me they had sent emails abroad and were waiting for a response. Even after long phone calls with Nissan Turkey, I learned that they themselves have received no replies from the brand. It is deeply disappointing that one of the best-selling brands in Turkey cannot supply two grille parts and fails to receive answers from abroad. Since the cost of these parts has already been paid by the insurance company, I demand that these two items be urgently supplied and installed on my vehicle.
