2021 Volvo S60 Repair Exceeds Normal Times

I left my 2021 model Volvo S60, which is at 21,000 km, to Altunizade Volcar service on 12.04.2023 due to the unusual noise coming from the engine. On 09.05.2023 they said that they would replace the problematic part and deliver the vehicle. During these processes, I had a hard time reaching the customer advisor and the service landline in the service, and despite all these grievances, they said that they were busy and that I had to write on WhatsApp. They did not even respond to the messages I wrote to find out what the exact problem of my vehicle was and which part was changed on WhatsApp. Since I still could not get a response until 03.06.2023, I reached the service advisor, whose mobile phones were turned off, from the fixed phone with difficulty, and again I could not get clear information. Having given up hope on the Volcar Altunizade service, which I could not find a contact with, I sent a support request e-mail to the Volvo International communication channel describing the issue in English, and the next day I was called from a Volvo Turkey. When I explained what I had been through, the interlocutor said that he would convey the matter to me, and the point of view of me and my entire environment against the brand, which hurt me greatly. I said that I wanted to meet with an official who could solve the problem that turned the angle completely negative. However, there has been no return on that day and until today. A week later, it will be exactly 2 months since I left the car for the service. Since no action has been taken against my patient and good-willed wait until this date, I will use all my legal rights to initiate the necessary warning and legal processes, and at the same time, I wanted to convey this event to those who own or plan to own a Volvo in all media. I wanted to warn all consumers for Volvo, which does not stand behind its brand and the vehicle it sells in any way. Please think twice before owning a Volvo!
