Costly Replacement of a Bad Engine at Volvo Car Service
I am very upset about my experience at Volvo Altunizade Volcar. We paid 10,000 euros in December 2020 for a new engine and transmission for our Volvo S60 Sedan, and it was delivered to us in March 2021. Both Volcar and Mr. Y** promised us that the new engine would last a lifetime. But after just 40,000 kilometers and two years, the same problem has returned. Even though regular maintenance has been done on time, the engine is broken once again. Now, Volcar is not going to keep their promise and has only said that the problem needs another engine replacement. It is clear that Volvo Turkey and Volcar sold us a faulty engine. This situation has left me feeling very unhappy and frustrated.
