My Unreliable Car Experience with Volvo XC90
I got into my car on August 20, 2023, only to discover that it wouldn't start. They contacted the authorized service and had the vehicle towed to the service center. The vehicle was towed, and I was informed by the authorized service that the problem had been resolved on the evening of August 23, 2023. I picked up the car, but on the evening of August 25, 2023, the same problem arose: the car refused to start. I called again, and the car was towed back to the service center. I requested a replacement vehicle because I had a dealership meeting on August 26, 2023, and needed to be on the road by 06:00 AM. Unfortunately, they declined my request for a replacement vehicle, claiming that they were unable to provide one. It's frustrating because, in the past, the replacement car provided on August 20th was a Hyundai, which did not match the prestige associated with the Volvo brand. Tomorrow, August 26, 2023, I need to travel 3000-4000 km, but I don't have the supposedly reliable and sturdy Volvo XC90, for which I paid a significant sum, nor a suitable substitute.
