My 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan Has Ongoing Sensor Issues and Dealership Won’t Help

I deeply regret purchasing my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan. What I initially believed was a high-quality vehicle turned out to be plagued by chronic sensor issues, which I later found out are common with this model. Multiple warning messages began appearing on the dashboard, so I took the vehicle to the Diyarbakır Dicle Volkswagen dealership.
They kept the car for two days, claimed the issue was resolved, but the same error returned shortly after. Worse yet, the dealership somehow damaged the odometer, and now I’m being told that restoring the original mileage requires communication with Volkswagen Germany. My car has now been sitting at the dealership for five days, and still, no solution.
We asked for a replacement vehicle, but they refused. I contacted Volkswagen Turkey's distributor, and their only answer was, “You’ll have to wait.” When I reached out to Volkswagen Germany, they redirected me back to the Turkish distributor, who again refused to help.
I’m uploading photos showing the current state of the vehicle. This experience has been beyond frustrating. For a brand like Volkswagen, this level of irresponsibility, poor coordination, and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.
Volkswagen, you must take responsibility for your product and offer a real solution.
