Exactly 7 hours later at 16:30, the vehicle was tested, we can see it clearly since there is a tracking device. We were called at 12.06.2025 at 9:30 in the morning, they said the wheel bearing of the vehicle was faulty, they said they could change it for a fee, we accepted. But our vehicle was supposed to stay there for 3 days, yes, I couldn't believe it, it was supposed to stay there for 3 days, it stayed there for 1 full day for fault detection, it was supposed to stay there for a total of 4 days, they don't give the vehicle back, we can't pick up the vehicle we took it on foot and delivered it, if there is no spare part, they will give our vehicle, then call us by appointment on a suitable day, it will be done and delivered within 2-3 hours. We couldn't understand the reason why we were without a car for 4 days. Düzce residents should definitely not buy a Volkswagen
