Irritating Attitude Of Vodafone Customer Service Representative
A few days ago, I applied to switch to Vodafone. To find out the status of my application, I called the number 0542 542 00 00. I was connected to a customer service representative. I asked if there was any problem with my application. They said my application was not visible. I said that I had applied and that the problem was not from me. The customer service representative (CSR), with an incredibly annoying attitude, said that he could not see the application and that if he could not see it, then the application had not been made. I insisted that I had applied and that I could see it on the Vodafone Yanımda app, and I couldn't understand how you couldn't see it. I received repeated answers like "I can't see the application, if I can't see it, then the application has not been made." These were said in an incredibly annoying way. I then asked him to transfer me to another customer representative, but he said he couldn't do that. I then asked him to redirect me to a survey where I could rate him. He said he would do that and that he would redirect me to the survey after the phone call ended. I was definitely not redirected to the survey or received a message. Since then, I have not been able to connect to a customer representative in any way, even though I have called the number 0542 542 00 00 several times. I have been waiting for my line to be opened for days. My advice to the CSR is that if you hate this job, you shouldn't do it. My line is still not open and I can't connect to any CSR.
