Vodafone Contract Ended, New Tariffs Excessively Expensive, Price Not Pre-defined
Vodafone called me on 0542... 54, and I asked for a call request after my work was busy. They said that my commitment was about to end and that they were calling for a campaign. Since I am out of town all the time, I cannot always answer the phone. When I looked at the application, I decided to switch to the tariff with the appropriate price. When I looked the next day, the price changed automatically, I called the customer representative and he said we can't do anything. Two days later the price changed again. I corresponded with the customer representative whose name was M******* and he couldn't do anything. I asked for an e-mail address, he said we don't have it, I couldn't get him to open a complaint form. Last year my wife experienced the same thing and switched to a different operator. I also have 2 lines of Vodafone but I will switch to Turkcell at the end of this month. Vodafone, which I have been a customer for years, is unfortunately not on our side.
