Vodafone New SIM Card Problem
Vodafone has completely frustrated me. I applied for a new line online a week ago and have received no response since then. Even when I call, all they say is that they've taken notes and forwarded them, but there has been no progress. To make matters worse, I've decided to withdraw my application for the new line. My contract with them expires next month, and I've decided to port my current number away from Vodafone as well. In today's fast-paced digital world, this level of service and delay is unacceptable. I expected much more from a telecommunications company like Vodafone. It's obvious that they need to rethink their customer service and responsiveness.
