Trouble with Changing Service Providers due to Vodafone

22

They've been teaching me what a bad decision I made since the day I applied to switch to Vodafone. I started the process of switching operators, and despite spending hours on the phone, it took 4-5 days for my SIM card to arrive. When I called to inquire about the status of my application, I was astounded to learn that they had no record of my application. It appeared to be a joke, but it was not. I wondered who I'd been talking to for the past few hours. Nonetheless, I recollected all of my information and resubmitted my application. The SIM card arrived two days later, but I'm still waiting for it to be activated. Days turned into weeks, and no one contacted me or checked on the status of the activation. How can they be so careless? Every time I call, inept customer service representatives create a new action item instead of resolving the problem. It should not be this difficult to port a phone number, and it should not leave so many people regretting their decision. I'll gladly spread my embarrassment wherever I can.
