I purchased the Vivo X100 Pro, a premium device priced close to ₺60,000, expecting top-tier performance. Unfortunately, it started showing serious screen issues not long after I began using it. The screen freezes and becomes unresponsive at random times. The only temporary fix is resetting the phone to factory settings. While that works briefly, the same problem comes back again after regular use. This is unacceptable for a phone in this price range.
I reached out to Vivo support, and they initially told me they would replace the phone. They asked me to send it in for inspection, which I did. But instead of honoring their word, they reset the device, found “no issue” at the time of testing, and sent it back to me—without a replacement. The freezing problem still persists, and now I’m left with an unreliable phone and broken trust.
What’s more frustrating is knowing that if this issue had happened with another brand, especially at this price point, they would have replaced it without hesitation. Vivo clearly doesn’t treat all customers the same.
