I’ve had ongoing problems with my Vivo phone that just don’t make sense for a brand that promotes performance. First, the photo album app constantly freezes. Sometimes it lags so badly I can’t even scroll through my pictures. On top of that, the entire phone slows down and freezes frequently—it’s like the system can’t handle basic tasks.
What’s really strange is that everything temporarily improves right after a system update. But within a month, the camera quality drops significantly. The night mode used to be excellent—it brightened dark areas clearly. Now, that feature barely works, and low-light photos come out dull and nearly useless.
I don’t understand why the phone behaves like this, especially when it worked so well before updates. It feels like each update fixes one thing but breaks another. Honestly, it was performing better before the updates started rolling in.
The camera's Ultra mode does not work in 4K video mode, and the camera freezes and lags in 4K video. Ultra mode also does not work in 4K. In general, there are freezes on the phone; it would be nice if this could be fixed with a new update. Overall, the phone is useful and nice.
