I’ve been using my Vivo phone for about 1 to 1.5 years now, and over time, it has started showing frustrating performance issues—especially during mobile gaming. While playing PUBG Mobile, the screen sometimes just doesn’t respond to my touches. Even when I clearly press a certain spot, the phone acts like I touched somewhere else, or worse, doesn’t register the touch at all.
This isn’t just limited to PUBG. The same unresponsive behavior happens in other games too, which makes me believe this is a hardware or firmware problem—not something specific to a single app. On top of that, I’ve noticed that when I return to the home screen, the display occasionally flickers or shakes, almost like it's glitching for a few seconds.
These issues completely ruin the gaming experience and make the phone unreliable for smooth performance. I bought this phone partly for mobile gaming, and now it can’t even handle basic screen input without acting up. It’s incredibly disappointing.
