Unfulfilled Vivense Orders and Vanishing Customer Service
I wanted to share my terrible experience with Vivense. I purchased a coffee table, and after waiting for 40 days without any indication of it being delivered, I made the decision to cancel my order. Upon my inquiry regarding the delivery date, they explained that there was a shortage of raw materials and requested an extension of one week. Surprisingly, after waiting a week to contact them, they unexpectedly requested an additional month. We have been unable to reach customer service, and to make matters worse, our refund has not been processed.
