Vivense Delayed Refund For Juno Coffee Table (TB4-133)

I ordered the Juno Coffee Table (TB4-133) from Vivense on January 31st, and the mobile app indicated it would be delivered between February 26th and 28th. When I called Vivense on February 26th-27th, I learned that the product couldn't be supplied at all. They offered a refund, so I requested it on February 28th. Later, customer service suggested I could choose another table instead. After two days of searching, finding no suitable alternative, I requested a refund on March 2nd. It's now March 14th, and we still haven't received our refund. They claim it will be processed within 14 business days, yet our money seems to be in limbo since January 31st. Vivense has consistently failed to provide a solution, leaving us feeling both frustrated and neglected. We demand our refund be processed immediately. Vivense, this is unacceptable!
