To make matters worse, the shipping took an additional 5 days, and I finally received my order on 8.7.24. When I opened my order, which was supposed to include three pieces, I discovered that the coffee table was missing. I informed you, and you acknowledged the issue, stating that you would send the missing item. I am still calmly explaining the situation to you and stressing the urgency. I need the coffee table delivered to me as soon as possible, as I do not want to wait another month. Additionally, I have been requesting an invoice for this order since 7.6.24, but you have been giving vague responses. Due to this significant inconvenience, I no longer intend to shop with you or recommend you to anyone. I will be filing complaints in other forums and will continue to voice my dissatisfaction publicly from now on.
