Vivense Delayed Delivery, Missing Item, Invoice Issues

On 7.6.24, I placed an order with Vivense. Despite contacting you twice to request an expedited delivery, my order was shipped on the very last day of the delivery window. To make matters worse, the shipping took an additional 5 days, and I finally received my order on 8.7.24. When I opened my order, which was supposed to include three pieces, I discovered that the coffee table was missing. I informed you, and you acknowledged the issue, stating that you would send the missing item. I am still calmly explaining the situation to you and stressing the urgency. I need the coffee table delivered to me as soon as possible, as I do not want to wait another month. Additionally, I have been requesting an invoice for this order since 7.6.24, but you have been giving vague responses. Due to this significant inconvenience, I no longer intend to shop with you or recommend you to anyone. I will be filing complaints in other forums and will continue to voice my dissatisfaction publicly from now on.
