Vivense Did Not Deliver My Four Taupe Coffee Tables Even After 50 Days
I ordered a set of four taupe coffee tables from Vivense on 25/12/2024, but even after 50 days, I still haven’t received them. The estimated delivery date was listed as January 31 - February 5. Despite contacting customer service four times, all they did was open a complaint request without offering any real help. I am considering canceling my order, but I have lost confidence that they would even process the refund on time. At this point, I don’t believe the order will ever arrive, and I am planning to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Board and the Ministry of Trade. Vivense has completely failed when it comes to customer satisfaction.
The day after my complaint message, there was no development other than them further extending the delivery time, saying there was an error in planning.
