Vivense Sofa Delivery Delayed, I Ask Immediate Order Delivery

I placed an order for a sofa via the Vivense website on 26.06.2026 with the order number #1c160868996. Despite the time that has passed since the purchase date, the product has still not been delivered to me. Regarding the delivery, I contacted Vivense customer service several times, but I was only stalled and no clear information or solution was provided. My product is still not delivered and I am a victim of this situation. I request that my sofa be delivered to my address as soon as possible and that the delivery process be completed urgently. I expect my grievance to be resolved without any further delay.
