Vivense Mora Sofa Not Delivered And Cancellation Refused

On 4 April, I purchased a Mora right-corner sofa from Vivense’s Çorlu store with the order number 18B808625039. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the product would be delivered between 18 May and 1 June. However, despite these dates having passed, the sofa has still not been delivered. During this process, I called customer service many times, but I was given different and conflicting information in almost every call. On one day I was told that the product was in the warehouse and being prepared for shipment, while the next day I was told that it had been taken back into production. In addition, one representative stated that the product was in İnegöl, and another said that it was in Torbalı. In every conversation I was told that “an e-mail has been sent to the supplier”, but I received no concrete response and no definite delivery date was provided. Due to this ongoing uncertainty, I requested to cancel my order, but I was told that my right of cancellation had expired. I do not accept this approach for a product that has not been delivered and for which accurate, consistent information cannot be provided. I request that Vivense either immediately provides a clear and definite delivery date and delivers my sofa accordingly, or cancels my order and refunds my payment in full. If this situation is not resolved, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue my legal rights.
