Vivense Failed to Deliver My 3-Seater Sofas by the Promised January 2 Deadline
I ordered two 3-seater sofas from Vivense in November 2024, with a final delivery date of January 2, 2025. However, there is still no sign of the sofas, nor have I received any updates. I am a teacher in the eastern region and urgently need these sofas for my home, yet all I am told is that the products are in the eastern warehouse. I deeply regret purchasing anything from your company. I will never order from Vivense again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I have never encountered such an irresponsible company in my life. Customer service is unreachable by phone, despite all the talk about customer satisfaction. Furthermore, although you claim the sofas are in the eastern warehouse, they are still shown in the İnegöl warehouse. It’s truly difficult to make sense of your company. I sincerely hope people stop using and recommending your services.
We have written many times before, and there has been no progress. I really wonder when you will take an interest. If you continue like this, I will initiate legal proceedings.
