Did you know that when you buy a product from Vivense, a furniture brand in Turkey, they only provide support for 2 years and then completely abandon you? If a problem arises after 2 years, they won't offer any support, paid or free. What's worse, if it's a Vivense-exclusive product and no one else manufactures the parts, you're left with a useless item.
In 2021, I purchased a black Armas Metal Bunk Bed from Vivense. This bunk bed can also be used as two separate beds. My children eventually converted it into separate beds, but we lost one of the four connectors. I went to the Vivense MASKO/İkitelli store to request help, but they turned me away at the door, saying they don't assist after 2 years.
I contacted Vivense support, and their response was: "The issue is due to usage, so it's not covered under warranty. We no longer work with our production unit, so we can't provide paid part support either."
I bought this product on 02/08/2021, just 3 years and 4 months ago. I've searched other manufacturers but couldn't find the part. One company that makes similar parts told me, "Unfortunately, we don't have the product you want. We have 5.1 cm and 6.0 cm options. Yours is 4.2 cm, which is a Vivense-specific part and hard to find in the market."
I'm sharing this bizarre situation where we can't reassemble a huge bunk bed because Vivense uses proprietary parts with no alternatives. They were so enthusiastic when selling, but now they're completely unhelpful. If you don't plan on throwing away your purchase after 2 years, avoid this brand.
For context, I once had a home appliance brand repair a 10-year-discontinued model by ordering parts from Germany. I'm hoping for a solution from a problem-solving, logical, honest employee who understands consumer rights.
