Avoid this company! I asked right before ordering the furniture if its possible all things would be delivered together and at a time convenient for me. I dont live in Turkey. We agreed the the furniture will be delivered when I come back after 2 months. Then the nightmare began… I got several phone calls from my house in Turkey that someone wants to deliver me something. It happened 2,5 weeks before time we agreed. I thought it was a mistake because I didnt order anything else than furniture. As I wasnt there, I was at home thousands of miles away, they left with my stuff. So I asked from Vivense can I still get my stuff at the arranged time and the answer was NO. I had to pay additionaly for EXTRA delivery and day of felivery we agreed is very busy so I have to wait 1-2 weeks longer. I couldnt trust them anymore because I stayed in Turkey only for couple of weeks and couldnt be sure I will get my order in time. So I wanted to cancel the order. It happened 23.10 and I still havent got all my money back. They have accused me of missing several things even though I wasnt even there. Never Apologized for inconvenience and sleepless nights they caused. I have written ~100 emails to them to get my money back. Now they are looking for wall clock which disappeared so they cant return my money
