Viomi's Warranty Support Is Terrible, With No Hope in Sight
As a Viomi customer, I am very upset that the company hasn't helped me with a product that is still under warranty. Even though I've tried to get help, no one seems to be around to address my worries. I know that returning a product that is a year old isn't the best thing to do, but I just want to solve my problem. But it looks like no one is willing to take responsibility for selling me a bad product. Instead, they've told me it's not their problem and brushed me off. I'm regretful I bought from Viomi because of how bad their customer service is. In just three days, I've gone from being happy with their product to being disappointed and annoyed by it. Viomi has become something I regret, and I wish I had never bought it.
