Technical and Replacement Parts Issues with the Viomi V2

We live in Turkey and use the Viomi V2 phone. We have a big problem with the brand. Unfortunately, Viomi V2 doesn't offer customer service in our country, so it's hard to find replacement parts or talk to a customer service rep. When we bought our Viomi V2, it was a well-known brand like Xiaomi, so we chose it. But now we're sorry we made that choice because the brand won't help us. We've tried to get in touch with Xiaomi stores and customer service, but they haven't answered our questions. As people who use the Viomi V2, we are disappointed that the company doesn't offer support in Turkey. We hope that the company will notice our situation and give their customers in our country the help they need. The irresponsibility of the company made us very sad.
