Viomi V5 Robot Vacuum Keeps Malfunctioning
On February 10th, 2023, I had to send my Viomi V5 robot vacuum in for repair because there was an annoying noise coming from the motor. I received a new unit from the service center, which was securely packaged. However, this replacement vacuum has been experiencing issues. It frequently gets stuck on carpets and quickly drains its battery as a result.
I've returned it to the service center four times, but every time they send it back, they insist there's nothing wrong with the product. Hi Viomi service, I need your assistance with a certain issue. I expect my vacuum to be returned to me in proper working condition within a reasonable timeframe. I would like to request either a replacement of the vacuum or a full refund of my purchase.
