My Viomi V5 Vacuum Stuck on Floors and Unable to Find Charger

The Viomi V5 vacuum I purchased in 2023 has been giving me constant trouble since I got it. It gets stuck on flat laminate flooring, moving back and forth in the same spot without making progress. Despite being right in front of the charging dock, it can't find it. It also gets caught on carpets. The strangest part is that even though we have videos documenting all these issues, the Sunny service center claims they couldn't find any faults and sends it back. When we call customer service, they simply say there's nothing they can do and that they rely on the service center's assessment before closing the call.
