Viomi A9 Cordless Vacuum Battery Replacement Not Provided by Service Centers

I own a Viomi A9 cordless stick vacuum, and recently its battery stopped working. Naturally, I reached out to get a replacement battery, but to my disappointment, neither the Sürmene Viomi service center nor the İzmit Viomi service center provided any help. Instead of assisting me, they seemed completely uninterested in my request, almost as if they were suggesting that I should just buy a new vacuum rather than replacing the battery.
This is extremely frustrating. A simple battery replacement should not be such a difficult process. If a brand like Viomi cannot even supply its customers with a basic spare part like a battery, then why should I ever consider buying another Viomi product or recommend it to anyone else?
I expect Viomi’s central office to take responsibility, provide proper customer support, and ensure that I can purchase an official replacement battery for my Viomi A9 vacuum without unnecessary hassle. Customers deserve accessible spare parts and responsive service, not indifference.
