On 25.01.2024 I bought a Redmi note 13 pro 4g phone from Xiaomi Turkey website. I use a licensed antivirus application on my phone. I am very careful about these issues. I buy a phone from Xiaomi Turkey website, which is the distributor in Turkey. 2 IMEI numbers belonging to my phone are cloned within 1 month. I was told that only 1 number will be matched. I am switching to the Redmi series with a higher model in 2 years. I will not be able to sell the phone when I want to change it. Since there is only one number recorded, doesn't it belong to the company to protect these numbers? In our country, we pay taxes as much as the price of the phone and buy it. The conditions are very difficult. I do not request a refund. I love my phone. I will take legal action. Also, your brand name will be called bad. Your distributor will be advertised because it does not give people confidence. I will share these issues in all pastures. The customer representative sometimes comes and writes a random number and says nonsense by saying that they are cloning. Who cloned my second number? Then please do not victimize the people who prefer you.
