
I purchased the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Pro on November 17, 2020, from K8 Teknoloji with a 2-year Xiaomi Türkiye warranty. I specifically chose the Xiaomi Türkiye guarantee, paying more than other sellers, expecting reliable after-sales service.
Recently, my vacuum’s battery started draining too quickly, so I took it to the official Xiaomi service center. To my shock, they refused to help—even if I paid for the repair! I never expected this kind of response from Xiaomi. I’ve used many Xiaomi products for years, even recommending them to workplaces I consult for, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.
Even lesser-known brands offer paid repair services, yet Xiaomi Türkiye provides zero post-sale support. I will never buy another Xiaomi product again and will strongly advise others—colleagues, clients, and businesses—not to either. I am also filing a Consumer Rights complaint regarding this unacceptable service failure. Xiaomi, do better!
