I have Vitodens 200 boiler. The copper pipe connecting boiler to pump cracked. Authorized technical service and Turkish headquarter informed me that this copper pipe is no longer in production, it is 10 years old product and reccomended to buy a new boiler. The copper pipe was welded temporarily but it has cracked again. Viessmann is still selling same product, the Vitodens 200. I don't belive their arguments, same happened another copper pipe in the boiler and it was delivered from Germany. I think they don't want to deal with this case. Because it would be costly for them.
