For Two Years, Arçelik Has Not Replaced The Faulty Boiler


The Arçelik Combi boiler I purchased in March 2020 malfunctioned within two years; the pressure bar started dropping on its own. Despite several service calls, the issue remains unresolved. I requested a replacement, but they sent another service team. Unfortunately, this team not only failed to fix the problem but also broke the bar opening valve and left without replacing it. After contacting customer service again, they promised a replacement, but I'm still waiting. I demand either the repair of the valve I'm forced to open with pliers when the pressure drops or a complete replacement of the boiler.
