Viessmann Boiler Hose Malfunction After 3 Months - Lack of Spare Parts

The boiler I bought only 3 months ago malfunctioned. I called the service, they came the next day and looked at it. They said that the hose inside the boiler was defective. The fact that the 3-month-old hose was punctured in such a short time is already meaningful. They said they would order and install it when it arrived. Although I called the service for 2 days, I could not get any clear information about when the hose would be installed. Then I called Viessmann 4449092 customer service. The gentleman there stated that the hose was not in stock and that they would send it when it arrived. When I asked for time, he could not give any clear information. The fact that the new product is deformed in such a short time, and that spare parts are not kept, and that even the center is not helpful, does not suit the beautiful brand perception in our minds
