Beko Boiler Repair Delay Complaint

I reached out to the authorized service for my Beko boiler after it experienced a malfunction. They let me know that the defective part would be replaced at no cost and then departed. Unfortunately, it has been three weeks and the part is still unavailable.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I've been repeatedly informed about the location of the part, but it seems to be a never-ending game of "here" and "there." As a result, I've been left without hot water or heating for an incredibly frustrating three weeks. I haven't received any updates from the authorized service, and I'm completely in the dark about when the repair will be finished.

I have a strong sense of disappointment in my decision to go with Beko. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and I have made up my mind to never purchase their products again.
