Purchasing a Viessmann boiler has been a regretful experience. Despite being a brand-new device, it has displayed a different error every day since we bought it just a week ago. When I contacted customer service, they told me a technician would come within three business days. Meanwhile, it’s freezing outside, and our home is cold. To make matters worse, they hung up on me mid-call. This level of irresponsibility from both the device and the service team is unacceptable. The boiler is not functioning as it should, and the support is nonexistent. I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue, or I’ll have to consider further action.
