Victoria's Secret Moisturizer Has No Effect – Dryness Remains After Use

I spent a lot of money on a Victoria's Secret moisturizer, expecting high quality, but it has absolutely no effect. I applied it at night, hoping it would help with the dryness on my legs, but when I woke up in the morning, there was no change at all. It’s as if I hadn’t used any product. This is incredibly disappointing, and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. The dryness is still exactly the same, and I expected so much more from a brand like Victoria's Secret. This needs to be addressed—either improve the product or provide a refund!
