Victoria’s Secret Body Sprays Smelled Rotten—No Response from Customer Service

I ordered four body sprays and one cream from Victoria’s Secret, but when they arrived, they smelled awful—like something rotten or expired. These were scents I have purchased and loved in-store before, so I was shocked by how completely different and unpleasant they smelled this time.
I immediately emailed customer service, expecting assistance, but I never received a response. It’s incredibly frustrating that Victoria’s Secret stands behind its in-store products but ignores online purchases.
I expect a proper resolution—either a refund or an exchange for properly scented products. Ignoring customers is unacceptable for a brand of this size! Victoria’s Secret, take responsibility and fix this now!
