I Got Swelling and Redness from Clinique Smart Clinical Eye Cream After First Use

I purchased the Clinique Smart Clinical Repair eye cream expecting premium skincare, but it gave me the exact opposite. Right after the first use, I woke up the next morning with noticeable swelling, redness, and dryness around my eyes. Thinking maybe it was just a fluke, I gave it one more try—but the same thing happened again. I haven’t used any other product in my routine, so I know this cream is the cause. For such an expensive product, I expected quality and safety—not irritation and discomfort. I clearly can’t use it, and I’m now requesting a full refund. Clinique needs to take accountability for this reaction and offer proper customer support.
