I strongly suspect the body mist I received from Victoria’s Secret is not authentic. I’ve used this scent before and loved it, but the one that arrived in my most recent order is completely different. The color is noticeably lighter, the fragrance is almost nonexistent, and the scent fades in seconds—if you can even smell it at all.
This is nothing like the original version I finished not long ago. There’s no lasting power, no signature scent—it might as well be water in a spray bottle. And to make things worse, there was no invoice included this time, unlike in previous orders.
I tried to return the product, but customer service refused to accept a return, claiming they don’t take back open items. This is incredibly frustrating. If I receive a defective or potentially counterfeit product, I absolutely have the right to a return or exchange under consumer protection laws.
Victoria’s Secret, this is unacceptable. You need to stop ignoring these complaints and start taking them seriously. I want my issue resolved immediately: either send me the correct product with proper documentation, or issue a full refund. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—just what I paid for.
