I Got a Defective Bare Vanilla Body Mist from Victoria’s Secret – It Has No Scent at All
I’ve been a loyal Victoria’s Secret customer for years, and Bare Vanilla has always been one of my favorite body mists. But the most recent one I purchased was completely defective—it’s totally scentless. There is absolutely no fragrance when I spray it, like I bought a bottle of plain water.
This is not a minor issue. I know how this product is supposed to smell, and this one doesn’t even come close. It feels like I received a completely diluted or expired product. What’s worse, when I tried to return it, I was told returns aren't accepted, which is unacceptable.
As a customer, I know I have rights under Consumer Protection laws, and I’m entitled to a return or an exchange for a faulty product. This isn't just about a scent—it’s about quality and trust.
Victoria’s Secret, I expect better. You need to take accountability for sending out a defective item and either refund my money or replace the product immediately. I didn’t pay for an empty experience—I paid for the scent I love.
