Victoria's Secret Moisturizer Has No Effect – Dryness Remains After Use

I spent a lot of money on a Victoria's Secret moisturizer, expecting high quality, but it has absolutely no effect. I ap...plied it at night, hoping it would help with the dryness on my legs, but when I woke up in the morning, there was no change at all. It’s as if I hadn’t used any product. This is in
