I Report VFS Global Istanbul For Bulgaria Visa Appointment Failures and Locked Accounts
For the past three weeks I have been trying to book a Bulgaria visa appointment through VFS Global in Istanbul, but despite multiple attempts on my own computer and three other people’s computers the system keeps sending us back from the payment stage and then locks our accounts. None of us have been able to complete the payment and the same issue happens every single time. Contacting customer service has been equally frustrating, as instead of providing solutions they repeatedly ask for screenshots and IP addresses while the problem remains unresolved. We are making serious efforts to secure an appointment, but the system’s constant failures waste our time and cause unnecessary stress. I demand that VFS Global fix the appointment system immediately, resolve our grievances, and provide a clear explanation, because people should not be treated this way and have their time wasted as if the situation were a joke.
