We applied for a Polish student visa through VFS Global Istanbul. All our documents were complete — in fact, we even submitted more than required. Despite this, our first application was rejected on the grounds that “there are reasonable doubts as to the credibility of your statements regarding the purpose of your stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland or objective circumstances indicate a different purpose of stay than declared.” We appealed and submitted a second application, yet it was rejected again for the same reason, without any clear explanation. Our application file number is PLTR79616909388. We paid a total of $320 for both applications. Even though we submitted all documents correctly twice, and despite my family living in Türkiye and my clear intention not to remain abroad, our applications were denied without a concrete or transparent justification. Furthermore, the refusal decision mentioned in Article 10 was not presented in a detailed or explanatory manner, which undermines the transparency of the process. I request a full refund of the fees paid and a clear, detailed explanation regarding our visa application process.
