I Got a UK Visa Rejection from VFS Global But No Reason Was Provided

We submitted a UK visa application on March 6, 2025, and received the passport back on March 21. But to our shock, the visa was not granted—and worse, there was no explanation whatsoever included in the returned documents. No rejection letter, no reason, no next steps. Just silence.
How are we supposed to know what went wrong? How can we prepare or reapply properly if we’re left completely in the dark? This isn’t just frustrating—it’s irresponsible. You charge a huge fee for this process (₺), but fail to provide even the most basic information a visa applicant needs.
Applicants deserve transparency. We don’t expect miracles, but we do expect to know why we were rejected. That’s the bare minimum. VFS Global, you need to provide proper documentation with every result—especially when it affects people’s travel, studies, or work plans.
