VFS Global Estonian Visa Rejected Despite Valid Hotel & Flight Bookings – How to Appeal?
On February 20, 2025, I applied for an Estonian visa through VFS Global, and today, on February 28, 2025, I received my passport with a rejection. My visa was denied based on articles 10 and 11, stating that my travel purpose was not convincing.
This is completely unfair, as I provided all necessary documents, including a confirmed hotel reservation at Citybox Hotel Tallinn for March 20-30 and a Turkish Airlines round-trip flight ticket (departure on March 20, return on March 30). How can my trip be considered unconvincing when all my plans are documented?
I need guidance on how to write an effective appeal letter to challenge this decision. If anyone has experience with this process, please share advice. VFS Global, how can applicants trust the system if legitimate applications are rejected without valid reasons?
