VFS Global Login Error Issue

Encountering a bothersome issue with the VFS Global website. Even though I've already registered, the site insists that I haven't, and when I attempt to register again, it informs me that my phone number is already being used. I have encountered an issue where password reset emails are being sent successfully. However, when attempting to log in, an error message appears stating that the account does not exist. When attempting to activate the account, a notification is displayed indicating that it is already active. When reaching out to support through email, the solutions provided are limited to clearing browser history and cookies, and trying again at a later time. Booking appointments can be quite a hassle, and it's surprising that accessing the system is still so difficult in this day and age.
