Unable to Schedule Visa Appointment at VFS Global

I'm having trouble logging into VFS Global even though I've registered before. Whenever I ask for an activity code to be sent to my email, I never seem to receive any emails. Every time I try to make a new account, I get an error message saying that my phone number is already registered in the system. I'm having trouble accessing the system to schedule a visa appointment. In need of immediate help.
