Facing 'Account Not Active' Error with VFS Global for Netherlands Visa

I keep encountering the "Your account is not active" error while trying to access VFS Global for my Netherlands visa application. Previously, I received an activation email at my registered email address and successfully activated my account. After registering, I was able to log in several times and even booked an appointment. Despite this, I continue to receive this error.

When I try to reactivate, I don't receive any email, and the following message appears on the screen: "To continue with the appointment system, please resend the activation email. Click the link in your registered email to activate your account. If you do not receive the email, your account is either active or non-existent."

When I select the "Forgot Password" option, I receive this message: "Your email address is not registered. Please create an account."

When I try to re-register, I get this warning: "The mobile phone number is already registered with VFS. Please try reconnecting using the same number."

I have reported this issue multiple times to i*************@vfshelpline.com under Ticket#681960, but unfortunately, we have yet to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Can you please assist me with this matter?
